How to become a teacher
Start your journey as an online instructor and inspire learners across all age groups.
At Cafe Converse, we provide a flexible, remote teaching opportunity where you can set
your own schedule and conduct live online classes via Zoom. We offer competitive

aspirants, working professionals, and corporate clients. As part of our growing educator
network, you'll receive teaching support, resources, and professional development
opportunities to enhance your career.
We’re looking for experienced English trainers, soft skills coaches, and communication
experts with strong spoken and written English skills. Ideal candidates should have
experience teaching English or communication skills and be able to conduct interactive
online classes via Zoom. CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL certifications are preferred but not
mandatory. We value trainers who are passionate about helping learners improve
fluency, confidence, and communication skills.
To apply, simply submit the online application, sharing your qualifications and teaching
experience. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to conduct a demo session, where
they can showcase their teaching skills. Once selected, you’ll undergo onboarding and
training, receiving detailed guidance on our unique teaching methodology. Finally, you'll
begin your journey as a Cafe Converse instructor, teaching online English and
communication classes and earning competitive compensation.
